Spoon Rolls
1 Package Dry Yeast
2 Tablespoons Warm Water
2 Cups Warm Water
3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 Cups Self-Rising Flour
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Egg, slightly beaten
Dissolve yeast in 2 Tablespoons warm water. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake 15-20 minutes @ 400 degrees. Note: the smaller muffin tins seem to be popular.
