Banana Slush Punch
2 Cups Sugar
3 Cups Water
1 Quart Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
1 Cup Concentrated Frozen Orange Juice
Juice of 1 Lemon
4 Quarts Sprite or 7-Up
Cook the sugar and water together until a sugar syrup texture is formed. Let cool. Mix pineapple juice, orange juice and lemon juice together. Set aside. Puree bananas in a blender or mash well with a fork. Mix the bananas and juice mixture together. Add the syrup to the mixture. Freeze in container or gallon sized baggies. (The trick is to make sure to use a container that you can get inside to scrape the frozen mixture out.) To serve, let thaw just long enough to make it fairly simple to smash or scrape into a slush form. Add the carbonated drink. Should be done just before serving.
